Willie MacColl

Pragmatic in his approach, he is an experienced coach and trainer who has worked with senior managers and leaders in the UK and abroad, to build strength and resilience. He is and experienced leader in his ownright, and holds a Business degree from the University of Aberdeen. He is is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), a Chartered Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (Chtd MCIPD), and was previously a Licensed Specialist with Re:markable/Investors in People in Scotland as well as a former Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (MCIPR). 


In 2019, Willie was nominated the Investors in People Specialist of the Year - Scotland and in 2022, he was awarded the Top CHeRry award at the CHeRries.
