Specialising in Organisational Development, we have extensive experience of supporting businesses and working with leadership teams to make improvements. We have considerable International experience and regularly work across public, private and third sector organisations helping them gauge risk and drive opportunity. The companies we support range from start-ups to established multi million pound global businesses; from small to very large.
Willie MacColl
Pragmatic in his approach, he is an experienced coach and trainer who has worked with senior managers and leaders in the UK and abroad, to build strength and resilience. He is and experienced leader in his won right, and holds a Business degree from the University of Aberdeen. He is is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), a Chartered Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (Chtd MCIPD), and a Licensed Specialist with Re:markable/Investors in People in Scotland.
In 2019, Willie was nominated the Investors in People Specialist of the Year - Scotland and in 2022, he was awarded the Top CHeRry award at the CHeRries.
